Looks at current treatment, care and support of older people, and what the participants would want for their own old age should such assistance be needed. Key messages emerged, including: staff working in services are very critical of some aspects of current provision for older people; there are major concerns about provision for the future; staff have a great number of ideas for improving services; and there is no overall national vision shaping the system of support for older people.
