Highlights issues around tiered multi -agency delivery of services and looks at the notion of new organisational thinking and competencies around system development and maintenance. Draws examples from innovative work in system approaches to implementing the Assessment Framework for children and families, and considers the examples in relation to their possible application to the CAMHS field.
