Describes the experiences of introducing role-play in the context of a women's group aimed at developing assertiveness around appropriate and inappropriate touch. The aims of the group was to provide the women with skills they would be able to generalise to everyday situations. The article aims to highlight an approach for overcoming the difficulties experienced in previous group work and give a practical guide for people attempting similar projects.
