The review was chaired by Sir Jeremy Beecham.. It has set an ambitious vision for modernising services to meet growing expectations in the context of Wales’s tradition of mutuality. The change in governance for Wales has had a huge impact on local service providers seeking to respond to the aspirations of the Assembly Government, not only to improve services, but also to tackle Wales’s long standing economic, social and health problems.
