Care managers are at the sharp end of community care implementation and so are feeling the impact of budget cuts most keenly. A survey of care managers found that they are suffering from the cuts and are overworked, stressed, and overwhelmed by paperwork. Despite this a majority of care managers say they are satisfied with their role. Reports on the survey findings.
