Abstract: |
This circular informs councils of the Government's new 'Vision for Adult Social Care: Capable Communities and Active Citizens', its consultation 'Transparency in outcomes: a framework for adult social care' and supporting documents. These documents all aim to put personalised services and outcomes centre stage. Supporting documents highlighted include best practice guidance supporting the partnership agreement 'Think Local, Act Personal', and two further documents produced by a Consortium made up of the Association of Directors of Adult Services, the Local Government Association and the Department of Health. |
