The Supported Lodgings Learning and Development Modules in this collection were produced as part of a project to raise the profile of the Supported Lodgings for young people model. The content draws from the experience of schemes across England. The modules are intended for Supported Lodgings scheme hosts or carers (the householders whose homes the young people live in). The 5 modules cover: introductory training for Supported Lodgings hosts/carers; safeguarding and safe caring; sexual health; responding to behaviour and communicating with young people; and life skills. Handouts for use with the learning and development modules are included. |
