As part of the Government’s vision to improve the life chances of children and young people in care, the Department for Children, Schools and Families is supporting a select number of local authorities participating in the Staying Put pilot project, which began in July 2008. This circular sets out the requirements for the Staying Put grant for 2010-11. In particular: specific conditions of grant; grant allocations and payment arrangements; reporting arrangements; and general guidance. |
