This information system provides access to projections of the numbers, characteristics and care needs of people aged 18-64 in England at national, regional and council level. Population data is available by age band, gender, ethnic group, and by disability living allowance, incapacity benefits, and guardianship. Developed by the Institute of Public Care (IPC), the site is intended for use by local authority planners and commissioners of social care provision in England, together with providers and supporting organisation. Registration is required to access the data on the site. Registration is open to all those working in the public care sector. |
