Abstract: |
This article describes measures likely to aid good practice with black and minority ethnic families, and the barriers that exist to adopting recommended measures. Three specific areas are highlighted: anti-racist training; anti- racist ethos; and leadership in embedding the model of practice. The article is based on the findings of research which involved interviews with service users, practitioners, focus group discussions and analysis of reports. |
