Refine search results

To reduce your results to records that only have links to full text tick the 'Full text records only' checkbox and click the 'Go' button.
To view all the search filters choose 'Show all options'. The refine search options are filters that reduce your results by the following areas;
Content type - e.g legislation, guidance, research
Format - e.g book, article, website
Treatment - e.g theory, practical, overview (Currently under development)
Audience - e.g care professionals, research, users and carers (Currently under development)
Note: Since most of the data (articles up to 2005) in the database has been transferred across from Social Care Online's predecessor much of it has not yet been indexed to this level.
